"We love this history and architecture of this 20-story building, which has been part of the city landscape since 1929, originally known as the United Office Building. It sat vacant for 25 years and was refurbished into one of the area's most charming hotels. Our room offered a stunning view of the Niagara River and Niagara Falls State Park. Very short walk to Prospect Point (10 mins) and Goat Island (15 mins) where you can see and hear the falls up close. Highly recommend checking out their Skyview Lounge on the 19th Floor. The Mayan-themed hotel bar downstairs is a luxurious and very comfortable spot to unwind. Cookies are served before bed and a hot breakfast in the morning. Was very impressed with the kindness of the hotel General Manager who was always looking for ways to make our stay even better. Have been several times now and will continue to return and recommend! "

"The woman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We were booked for the 6th floor suite and she offered a few options to upgrade and gave her opinion to each option. Ended up in the 21st floor with a great view. Place is clean and well cared for. Very friendly staff. A lot of options for food. Will definitely be going back."
