"Colonels Mark and Beth are spectacular! Col. Mark went out of his way to make out stay enjoyable. The home itself is magnificent, adorned with beautiful antiques, tapestries and rugs. The breakfasts cooked by Colonel Beth were wonderful. I very highly recommend this bed and breakfast! (By the way both Mark and Beth are actual colonels from their military service!) "We enjoy this hotel very much. Great location, walking distance to Broad St and the Classic Center, and campus. Only complaint is the overwhelming air deodorizer used in the halls and rec area. My husband and I are sensitive to air fresheners and we both woke up with headaches. They could lighten up a bit on the strength. "

"Loved our stay at the Lavender Inn The room was spacious and the beds super comfortable. Slept better there than I do at home. Breakfast was so yummy. It was the perfect stay for our UGA visit and game day. Will definitely be back!!!"

"The location is with walking distance of a restaurant, a bagel and coffee shop. I had inadvertently booked a smoking room, and the staff were able to make the change to non smoking. The service is minimal but adequate. "

"Beautiful unique industrial style hotel 3 miles from Stegman Coliseum . Staff were great, nice restaurant and bar. Unfortunately, the only thing I’ll remember is the railroad tracks and trains literally 15 minutes from our room and ran all night! Won’t be going back. "

"I loved the hotel but had a terrible experience with a waitress in the bistro/bar. The bistro closes at 10:30, at 10pm after a 9 hr drive we asked her if we could order food. She became furious and said we had one min to order that we really shouldn't be allowed to order. She then said i can't take care of you. One of the servers will have to help you. She yelled back to her co-workers "shut the kitchen down now, no one else can order, everyone else can figure out how to do uber eats." The server apologized for her behavior and said the kitchen doesn't close until 10pm so i don't know why she's doing that. Everyone else was great! Property was nice."
