"Am very impressed with the service this hotel offers. I requested an early deposit of luggage a day earlier as I have a late arrival from a day trip to Wakkanai. When I arrive for check in at 11.45pm, the luggage was already moved to my room and not reception area! This surprised me! The hotel location is perfect for a stroll walk to Susukino and the onsen is superb too! Breakfast spread was marvellous and friendly staff in the hotel which also included the chef cooking the omelette for me!...

"The rooms are larger than the normal Japan hotels. There’s a few restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Location is good - not too far from ramen alley and shopping. The hotel also provides free shuttle service to Sapporo Station, which is nice. For airport transfer, we took the bus directly from the airport to hotel and vice versa. This made traveling easy with all our luggage. "

"Great location right by the night life. I wake up at 10am so usually miss the free breakfast. The rooms are cleaned day 4 and 8 so the other days they leave a towel bag on the door which is standard for JP business hotels. The coin laundry was cheap 200円 to wash and 100円 dry. The room was very clean and standard business hotels size. Washroom was a good size. Service staff was friendly. 3rd floor seemed to be smoke free. They had toyoko in sparkling water kn the vending machine for 110円.. but...
