If grabbing public transport from Kansai airport, the limousine bus stop OCAT is closer than the Namba station option if you have heavy luggage. Catch a taxi at ~800 yen to the hotel from there."

Bathroom floor was a step down which was hard to get used to (I stumbled into it). The double bed only came with two flat pillows which wasn’t enough for two people.
