"Reasonable hotel. Our room was on the top floor in a corner with great views. Very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Easy walk to restaurants and theaters. Subway station close by. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kimpton Theta. Everything was great: room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, the hotel staff were pleasant, and the hotel was pretty quiet given how close we were to Times Square. Didn’t see this stated in the amenities, but free regular coffee from 6-9 am in the hotel cafe each morning. The location worked great for us, good proximity to theatres and short walks to multiple subway stops. And if you stay here and love gelato, Gelatoville is about a 5 minute walk, and we can’t recommend it enough!"

"I love this hotel and always stay here but today I had to wait almost a half hour to have my bag kept after check out. I appreciate that service and am glad that you provide it but as I had an appt to keep it was a stressful wait. "

"Fairmont always exceeds expectations. Royal York is conveniently located right in the earth of the city. The lobby, bar, restaurants inside the hotel was amazing. Very high quality service/ food & drinks. I would highly recommend. "

"Hotel was very clean and the staff (reception, maids, doormen, etc.) were so friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to the subway and we enjoyed the coffee and drinks (for purchase) in the hotel cafe. There was also a very good Chipotle and Duncan Donuts across the street for a fast meal or drink. Very walkable to Times Square and Central Park. Would definitely stay here again!"
