"We were quite pleased with the quality of this New York hotel in light of the great location and excellent price. We found the staff very helpful and the bed very comfortable. All in all, a great place to stay right across from Carnegie Hall, and not far from Time Square or Central Park."

"The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We arrived to the hotel early and they held onto our luggage for us and called me when our room was ready (even earlier than the check-in time). And when we had an early flight the staff helped us get a ride to the airport quickly. The facilities are very clean, beautiful and accessible. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the subway, a parking garage and a lot of restaurants and bars. There is an attached piano bar that we were able to attend and listen to a live singer and a comedian. Overall, a great place to stay. "
