"Great location. Across the street from Macy’s, 15 minutes walk to Timesquare. Staff is very helpful, they coordinated transportation for us to the airport. Rooms are clean. Walking distance to many dining options. We chose the two beds room and although the room was spacious, the beds were small. I recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is exceptionally convenient if one is interested in seeing shows on Broadway. Location is close to Times Square, it is clean, staff are quite friendly and helpful, and the price is reasonable for New York. It was our second stay there and we were not disappointed either time. "

"Stayed at the Sheraton Times Square New York for 3 nights and had an amazing weekend! The staff were super helpful especially the concierge and our room was nice. The only thing I would change, is the charge that they charge you to hold your bags. On the day we checked out, our flight didn’t leave until 7:30, so we had a full day to explore. Had to check our bags and were charged $6 apiece to store them while we were out. I just feel like a hotel this large and well known, could afford to offer this as an amenity to their guests. Overall, we had a great trip and this hotel was a perfect location for our stay! "
