"Visited for the eras tour and was very impressed with the amount of organization and communication surrounding the entire weekend. Hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Restaurant in the lobby served amazing food. Location was fantastic, right downtown and everything was in walking distance. On our check out day, we had a late departure time and the front desk let us store our luggage after check out so we didn’t have to carry it around. Overall highly recommend this hotel! "

"Exceeded our expectations. We were there for the Taylor Swift concert so it was a an exceptionally business time. I booked a suite. It was spacious and perfect for us. One king size bed, pull out sofa bed (not so comfortable but it worked out). View from 12th floor was outstanding. Staff was so accommodating, kind and gracious. Hotel was clean. Bell service & valet parking was very efficient. A plus that the hotel was decked. Out for the Eras Tour. Just a wonderful experience. We loved Toronto and will be back! "

"Great place geographically, so close to Times Square and all the nonsense. Room painfully small, but clean as a whistle. Honestly, if you go there for a hotel break then you’re missing the point. It is a great place to use as a touring base, and a decent place to crash at the end of the day. Now the dude behind the desk (Joey) deserves a medal. What a guy! So helpful and makes the the place complete. 10 stars to this fellow. I will be back."
