"Over all experience the family of 12, had such a great time!! The home was very cozy & cabin feels exactly what we wanted. The home was stocked on games, which was a huge plus as we had planned a family game night. We did have a minor set back with check in as the home wasn’t ready, but the cleaning service people were nice & apologetic. It didn’t affect at all as the outside area was covered in snow so the kids got an early start with snow ball fights & building snowman. We will return! "

"Great house with great views of the lake! It does get very hot in the summer, and like most Tahoe homes there is not central AC. The only downside with this home was that many of the windows open up at the bottom rather then from the top, which made us concerned about our dogs staying with us."

It is in a great location… walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, beach, ski resorts, and everything else Tahoe City has to offer. The home itself is beautiful. "We loved our time at this Tahoe City home. The host was super helpful and responsive, and even accommodated early check in/late check out for us. It was just the right amount of space for 2 young families with kids, had an amazing view of the lake and was close to ski mountains. All in all a great stay. My only note for potential renters in the winter is that the driveway is steep and can get icy. Definitely took some management and were glad we had 4WD cars."
