"The place and amenities were really nice. The only bad thing was the bathroom got nasty really quick so for me the shared bathrooms won’t work. But they do have private bathroom rooms. Other than the dirty bathrooms not getting cleaned enough everything was great, location and space."

"Had an amazing stay at Arlo. Everyone was so nice and attentive. My room was very clean and I had a great view. The only issue was the fridge did not get cold. "

"The property was a good location. It had a good gym to use. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast roll was nice. It is worth upgrading the breakfast if you want a sitdown one, the extra money is worth it. Rooms were small and had noisy fans/ac outside but you do forget they're on and it is times square, so there is always some compromise!"
