Not only the trains noise but also the appartment door has a glass and the light gets in each time one of the residents get to the hall way which woke me up frequently. "All well with comfort, checkin, fulsome breakfast and welcoming and helpful staff. Problem we had was the elevator was out of service during our entire stay and we had to haul luggage to 3rd floor above the main floor (floor zero). Location was difficult to find but easy to return to once we figured how where and how. Staff helpful in us doing this. "

"Soap was not refilled when empty. We had to refill it ourselves. There is no “do not disturb” sign to put on the door. The clean staff enters everyday. They only change the towels and garbages. We had to request toilet paper even when it was empty and the staff entered the room. "
