"First the positive: this is a fine hotel with nice facilities and nice beach access within walking distance of Novigrad center. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Good spa / gym. The staff really try to be helpful - and they were helpful with several requests. Now the negative - our room was dirty when we arrived - there was a dried blood spot on one duvet cover, there were hairs in the bathroom and an old bar of soap still in the shower. The hairs in the bathroom I noticed when I arrived but...

"Die Bellavista Mobile Homes sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass während unseres Aufenthalts die Hecken mit einer Motorsäge geschnitten wurden. Das hätte man auch mit einer leisen Elektrosäge machen können oder vor dem Winter erledigen können. Ansonsten kann ich die Anlage nur sehr empfehlen. Es gibt ausreichend Pools, Kinderspielplätze und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"I had a comfortable stay in Istrian holiday homes. The holiday village is fully self contained, with sports facilities, recreation facilities, restaurant, children activities, beach, mini market, caravan park etc. The sea water pool at the beach is very beautiful. The mobile home is fully furnished and clean. Rooms are small though, otherwise a comfortable stay."
