"Great hotel, close to everything. Room was nice with a great view. However I have to say the beds were very hard. They close one of the two pools everyday at different times for different periods of time. Seems to be no pattern. Just a small inconvenience , but overall a nice hotel with friendly staff. "

"The staff was really attentive, very welcoming. Unfortunately, during our trip an emergency happened and they knew how to handle it calmly and effectively. This is our first time visiting Mazatlan and this will be the hotel we stay at when visiting again. They have their private beach, which is very nice."
