Unfortunately, although the host was responsive and sent a technician, the electric kitchenette didn't work, I was able to cook only once! This was very frustrating and inconvenient, considering this was the main reason for this booking. "

"They sprung that our 8 day stay had to be paid in cash. It said they take credit cards but not from Americans I guess. The bed was extremely hard. We did have a balcony which was very nice and we spent a lot of time on it. Our cleaning lady, Lucy, was amazing. She was very friendly and always tried to make sure everything was okay. "Clean and very convenient hotel, right on the Playa Norte malecón. Wonderful, helpful staff. Note that there is a lot of traffic and banda noise; you get used to it after a few days. This is typical of Mexican holiday destinations - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Great place, but the rooms are definitely not soundproof!"

"The hotel was very quaint, authentic Mexican decor with an artist’s twist. Very beautiful. Bed was comfortable and our room was plain but had all of the basics. Washroom was small, step in shower was great. Only one bath towel each was provided and there were no hooks to hang anything to dry.
