"We've stayed here before and the staff is always pleasant and low key. The breakfast is the Big Key as well as the welcoming coffee in the lobby 24/7. The rooms are good and they've upgraded their toiletries since last year. "

"I liked it was close to house. It was a pleasant stay. What i didnt like was... no breakfast, the bathtub was not well cleaned when we arrived.there was hair still from the previous guests. It took foever for hot water inthe shower. And some guesta were extremely loud very early inthe morning.sound it out side, close to our room.very annoying. And the rest next not open.very inconvenient. But everything else was great.thank u."

"This is my “go to” hotel when I have a change in work schedule or inclement weather near my office. The remodeled bathrooms are nice and with designer toiletries. I like having a wet bar with a fridge in the room. The wood features in my guest room, however, have signs of “wear and tear.” The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Breakfast is included, and there is an espresso bar which doubles as a cocktail bar in the evening."

"We got two rooms at this location while visiting family for Christmas. We were please with the size and cleanliness of the rooms. Check in was smooth even at close to 11pm. Someone was right at the desk. We didn't have to wait around for anyone. They were right there. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. "

"Very clean.. and very nice staff members. Jacqueline and Tammy by the front desk was the best. Very friendly and greeted our kids with a goodie bag and made their day.the pool water was bit cold but the room it swlf was hot so the kids didn't mond the cold water..and the breakfast was great.. Two thumbs up !!"
