"So centrally located and mostly quiet at night. Comfortable spacious rooms with portable air conditioners/fans. Basic kitchen facilities, but had what we needed. Had a king bed and then two double beds in main open area of kitchen and dining room. Separate bathroom/toilet - could have been a bit cleaner, but worked fine. Excellent communication, sorting out any requests quickly. Close to lots of restaurants, tours and the main city plaza and grocery store. Didn't need the daily clean, so price...

"I stayed for 6 nights and explored Oaxaca city and the surrounding area. This place was perfectly located in the artsy area of the city. There is not a ton of natural light in the main room and middle bedroom, but I stayed in the room with lots of light facing the front entrance and it was duvine. It was great having a kitchen and coffee pot for saving on eating out! But eat out a little as the food in Oaxaca is amazing. "

"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "The property was clean and well spaced out. The location was not too far out from the city center. The host is not the best at communicating. I had to reach out to him for the check in instructions 2 hours before check in because he didn’t send me anything. "Such a good choice: - 2 couples, each of us had our own "wing", bathroom and sense of privacy- patio/deck is expansive, well furnished in shade and in the sun and at night. It is indeed a beautiful view.- All the furniture, art and kitchen stuff felt more like a home than a rental place. It was an excellent location - very walkable to restaurants and attractions, but located in a well maintained area of town that was peaceful and quiet, even during the holiday week. The suite is nicely appointed and very comfortable. Our only disappointment was in not having enough pods to provide us with coffee each morning. I will definitely return and would select a room on the upper level next time for additional light. I highly recommend this property. "
