"Booked a 5 night stay here in a king room. Very spacious and clean. Staff were more than accommodating and super friendly. Most spoke English fluently which definitely helped. Breakfast in the morning provided you with 3 options each day which we certainly appreciated together with the bottles of water and the packets of tissues! Lots of amenities nearby - forex, pharmacies, markets of course. Location can’t be better. We were a bit leery about staying right in the heart of the zocalo but none...

"Property is big and has space that makes it feel like you far from city but is really it’s minutes from downtown. But it needs a little love, it’s starting to show its age. "

"A block away from zocolo. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The place/room was clean. The only issue i had were dead coachroach. Found one in the shower and in the room. I'm going to assume they were coming in through the shower drain. Solution would be to put a drain covers when not in use. I realized that when i found drain covers at other hotels and no bugs, roaches."
