"Upon arriving and informing the front desk I was there to check in I was simply told ‘no’. When I explained I had a reservation through Expedia the lady checked and proceeded to check me in but continued complaining about it. Hardly welcoming. We just wanted to get some snacks from the restaurant and watch the football but the restaurant was really full service with no option to get snacks.
