"First off take the elevator!!! the door that you think its for the hotel it's not, they are a dental clinic not the hotel. "Honestly would give it 6 stars if I could. In terms of a budget hotel, this was exactly what we wanted. Spacious rooms, clean, great location near a main subway line, easy access, quick check-in & check-out. As a huge bonus, it also had a washer & drier in the room! This was only an extra ~$40AUD per night than a similar hotel we stayed at in Osaka and the difference in size in particular was huge. Big recommend."

"One of the best 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at! I was greeted at the door and then told to sit and wait for available staff to help check us in even though there were 2 people opened for the aid. I Would Definitely Return!

"I stayed three times during my trip. The first and second time the rooms were pretty basic. The third time when I stayed 2 nights I had the Double Superior room which was a definite upgrade from the previous standard rooms. All rooms have a nice soaking bathtub with bath additives and a lot of amenities including coffee, tea and bottled water. The even numbered rooms have better views. The service overall at the hotel was excellent from cloak service, cashier, lobby assistance, and restaurant. The hotel is very conveniently located to the Tenjin station and convenience stores, shopping and restaurants. My flight was in the evening, so I asked for a late checkout which was just for a couple of hours at ¥2000 per hour. I would definitely stay here again! "

Great location and Helpful staff

"Great location and staff was very helpful and spoke English well. I stayed in the projector room and it was a fun and unique gimmick I haven't seen elsewhere. It essentially works like a Chromecast so you cast from your phone. I would stay there again but probably a bigger room. I was there with my partner and space was a little tight. Also the bed was a bit less comfortable than others during this trip."

"The staff and the amenities ( face steamer , massage cushion, hair dryer, umbrella ) is above and beyond. The location is the best of all. Near the jr hakata station. The staff are very accomodating. What i dont like is the towels are plced in a box on the bathroom floor besides the trash can which i dont find hygienic. "
