"I had dissapointing experience in this hotel. Obviously no one wants to stay in a place which is infested with bed bugs. The first night i realised moving things on bed and after i complained the staff has changed the sheets but problem still persisted. Overall bad experience"

"I arrived at the hotel around 13:30. The hotel door was closed. I called the hotel number. The hotel employee who answered the phone said they would open it at 17.00, being extremely rude and unsympathetic. Although it says on the internet that they will be open until 14.00, the hotel is closed and they did not help me. It's freezing cold outside and I had to use the bathroom.
