"Absolutely perfect location right by the water, near Stearn’s Wharf, walkable to downtown and the Amtrak station - and the room was great! We’ll certainly stay here again if we come to Santa Barbara again!"

"A comfortable one night stay. Really friendly, helpful staff. A 15 minute walk to State Street. Further away from the beach than we had expected. A comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Good bathroom amenities. Complimentary cheese and wine at 4.30pm was a nice bonus as was the complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in our room. "

"Updated rooms. Very nicely renovated, great finishing, nothing needed to be fixed etc in our room, everything worked! Good lighting. Subtle night light in bathroom. Breakfast was great. Cooked, fresh food. Cookies and water availability was a nice touch. Staff were very polite. "

"It is a beautiful and accommodating hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was part of the room design. I did not like having a bathroom with a door that was not semisound proof. "
