"Staying over NYE is a particularly busy time in NYC. We stayed 7 lovely nights in a two room corner suite, which was perfect for our family of 4. The hotel was at capacity. Regardless , rooms were clean and in good condition. We had a glitch at check-in: though they confirmed that we were 4 people, there was only one kind bed. They said they don’t have any more roll-aways. But they located some and fixed everything before bedtime. The doormen was alway cheerful and helpful. The location is very central; close to a number of subway lines going all directions. Overall we enjoyed the Warwick an would recommend it for a family stay in NYC. Note that this hotel is just a hotel: no shop, no restaurants, or food service. The housekeeping was generous. We made good use of the coffee machine and kettle! "

"Incredible location and wonderful decor in the rooms, a nice break from the cookie cutter chain Hotels. Location next to Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick’s Cathedral on fifth Avenue cannot be beat. "

"Pretty clean not the greatest but definitely nowhere close to the worst. But what I will say though is out of everyone that attended the wedding I went to New York for I had the biggest room. The best room/area for the price without a doubt. "

"Excellent customer service, top tier. Was very disappointed with my stay, around 10-11am was a fire outside of the hotel , and made the hallways and rooms smell like burnt fire and trash. I would like to say the concierge was amazing and professional "

"I was stuck here during the blizzard of ‘26. It was fine. The room was hot but the window opened. Being unable to manage the temperature in early menopause is my only complaint. Brooklyn Diner was open and the food was great as well as the bloody Mary! "

"Front desk not one smile! Didn’t feel welcomed at all by the lady that was working the front desk! Beds, terrible. The only great thing about that place was George and housekeeping staff. I stayed next to what seemed a playground. Kids yelling all day next to room 3025"
