Weekend away
Stayed here for 2 nights. Was in room 3, right next to the breakfroom rooom. Breakfast was lovely, was better on the last day though. They offer a full English, toast with different flavours off jam, unlimited tea and coffee or juices. Great location to get to Manchester 2 min walk to the tram station. There is also asda nearby and Wetherspoons. However not many other local shops near by. First night at the b&b difficulty sleeping because of the noise of cars passing by. However second night was a better sleep. The beds are comfy.

Certainly worth considering
Not an attractive building from the outside - but inside was excellent. Clean, modern facilities including TV. Good WiFi. Superb breakfast. Free parking is a bonus. Close to town centre for shopping. Ten minutes from M62. Metrolink trams for Manchester, Oldham & Rochdale only a couple of hundred yards away. All-in-all a convenient place to stay, and at a competitive price
