"We stayed in the Belmore Court to celebrate my partner and I’s anniversary. We always like to meet a certain standard for accommodation on any trip and while normally the goal is to feel as special as possible on any given trip, I would go as far as saying that I felt like the most valued and special guest during our stay here this past week! Prior to arriving, I emailed the hotel a few questions and my emails were picked up by Shane. He was so immensely helpful from the start and was so patient in answering my questions. Before we even got to the hotel, I already felt so welcome and it really just added to the anticipation of our arrival. On arrival, we discovered that we had been assigned an Executive Suite on the corner of the hotel with a balcony and view. I simply can’t thank Shane enough for making sure that our trip was enjoyable. This hotel truly is a gem. The reception staff were impeccable from check-in to check-out, any questions we had they answered. A tip for your stay – do not go home without trying breakfast. It is great and truly gets you ready for the day. I can’t say enough about the hotels location either. We walked everywhere, and felt as central as you could want. The hotel TV was fabulous, and the best part was, we had a TV in our bedroom and one in the lounge area of our suite! The room we were in was so spacious, and the décor was so crisp and clean which I loved. Our lounge area was comfortable with lots of storage space and a wardrob"
