"Have stayed here before for work, property is convenient with breakfast and evening meal included in the price. Options in the restaurant for evening meal are pretty good, but it is cafeteria style. No irons available for the rooms, but there are areas with irons and boards available. Rooms are generally okay but some areas where it is getting tired or damaged."

"The photos do not do the rooms justice, i think they make the rooms look outdated but in reality they are lovely! The only thing that botheres us was that the carpet wasnt very clean and in the bathroom the bin was just left on the side and only half a roll of toilet roll. Didnt quite seem replenished. The rooms are cosy, clean overall, nicely thought through with that layout and very comfy beds. You cant hear any noises from outside and the service was brill!"

"A late Valentines night away. We stayed in the superior room which had everything you could ask for. The Bath tub is a must and the spa facilities were perfect to unwind after a freezing cold day! We dinned in the Bowling Green for tea and breakfast. Location is ideal right next door The steaks were lush, and the potato hash for breakfast you need to try! Staff and service was amazing. Will definitely come back again. "
