"The check-in experience was not so great. The clerk kept repeating the request for the license plate of our vehicle. I did not have this information immediately available, as my husband had not yet returned from parking our vehicle. It was pouring down with rain. I started to think the clerk perhaps didn't understand English very well, but on reflection, they were perhaps on 'auto-pilot', just answering prompts on a screen. Very frustrating.
