"Wonderful place to stay in Chattanooga. Next time we come, we’re definitely staying here again. The parking situation is a little confusing and it looks like valet is your only option, but it’s not terrible and the guys up front are super nice. "

"The hotel was lovely, both in expected and unexpected ways. The coffee bar in the morning was superb, although I do wish they provided tea bags or coffee in the rooms. I didn't enjoy paying $3 per tea bag. That aside, the rooms were clean, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, the tv was huge, and the bath robes were a great touch.
Additionally, the water pressure was great, and the bathrooms were designed with a beautiful towel and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The room design itself was both charming and relaxing. I've heard people complain about dim rooms, but to be honest, this hotel isn't meant to be a Holiday Inn, and it's meant to be a bit more austere than that. The dimmed lights provided a much more smoky and old timey atmosphere that successfully mimicked a true French hotel. It's just down the street from some great food and drinks.
The only staffing complaint is from one person who was short with me for interrupting his video when I came down to get tea. I called on the phone ahead of time and was asked to come down, and he had a serious attitude when I told him so. He was really short with me for something that was pretty trivial (especially considering they already cost $3 each), but I can't let that detract from the overall experience considering the fact that it was a brief inconvenience and I do consider myself to be thick skinned.
Overall, I really look forward to coming back here in the future, preferably for a longer stay. 5 stars"
New, quiet townhome in heart of St. Elmo w/ sun patio
10/10 Excellent
"This townhome in St. Elmo provided a perfect homebase for our recent trip with our two teenagers. Shannan's communication was excellent - friendly, thorough, and timely. The location in St. Elmo cannot be beat. Within one block are fun shops, restaurants, ice cream, the incline, coffee .... The townhome was spotlessly clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. I have never seen a more well-equipped kitchen in a vacation rental! Thank you, Shannan, for a perfect St. Elmo stay!"
"The property was wonderful. The only complaint I would have would be either turn out the lights outside at night or provide blackout curtains for the patio doors."
"Came for the Fourth of July weekend and would stay here again! It’s right on the bottom of lookout mountain and about 10 minutes from downtown. It is a 2 bedroom on a 3 floor townhouse both rooms being loft style. The beds were pretty comfortable too. "
