The water park is great, staff very accommodating, life guards are professional and vigilant. The hotel building shows its age though, room was musty, could not open windows to ventilate, plumbing was old and leaked in two different spots. Food was good, offered variety.

We enjoyed our stayed here. Staff Nicholas and Lori were amazing. Truly helped me with my room change issue. The breakfast buffet was not too great. The property was clean. The pool and water park was great. I would definitely recommend.

I always like staying here whenever i visit Orlando. The only thing I dislike is the blinds in the rooms. It would be better if there was a curtain so the window could be covered properly.

Staff very friendly and helpful everywhere! Always cleaning. Entire property is very clean! Water Park and pools are nice. Only complaints were, buffet breakfast was nice but at that price would really love more coffee options or at least flavored creamers, coffee was never restocked in my room, also definitely needs to be a bit more sound proof!

While the room is a basic room it has all the necessities. Very clean and the standard toiletries provided smell nice. I would recommend your own hair conditioner but everything is in large refillable bottles. Pools are very clean and well watched. Did not eat at restaurants but did enjoy Starbucks on site.

My 10 year old daughter and i were only here for 2 nights, and i wish i would have made my trip longer. I have only positive words to say about Coco Key Hotel. Everyone on staff was always there to answer my question or there to help me, and always with a genuine smile. I will definitely be coming back here, and hopefully soon:)

We went to this property attracted for the waterpark unfortunately the majority of days we were there was cold and was closed but the days it was over 60 was closed too :( . They were remodeling the lobby so it was very messy and the staff was not attentive maybe because they were concentrating in the construction. First night we had water coming in our room from outside the door had a gap under , I complained to the staff the did nothing. The beds in the room were peeling off and I guess they decided to painted over the faux leather and it looked very bad . And the towels looked yellow. On a positive note the pool and the hot top in the front of the hotel were nice for the kids .

It’s just not worth the money to stay here. As soon as I walked into my room my first inclination was to turn right back around and GTFO but I didn’t want to deal with their staff again (who gave me keys to the wrong room initially and then gave me inactive keys a second time around). Despite not actually being a resort, but rather an *old* motel they charge a resort fee of $50/day plus parking per day that you will not get back. On top of the resort fee, parking fee and room per night fee you will also be charged a $50 fee for incidentals that you may or may not get back. You are better off staying elsewhere and paying for only the pass to the water slide/pool during summer months. For the cost I wish I had just spent a tiny percentage more to stay at Universal or Disney.

We booked the property for the water park since it is advertised as a water park hotel but the park was closed for both days we stayed and there was heavy construction all over the property including the lobby I went to the front desk to get a refund for the extra fees including the water park but she said there was nothing she could do so I checked out early and took my family to another resort that was more family friendly
