The check-in process was easy and the hotel was nice overall. The room was missing wash cloths and the room still smelled like the last person that was in there but the beds were clean. They could use more breakfast options but overall it was a good stay.

We landed at Orlando airport. Tried calling hotel for shuttle. Phone was not working. We end up paying for taxi. Hotel shuttle was just parked in front of hotel so we went in for checking and asked front staff about that. The girl at front desk said phones are not working and said you can complaint to manager in the morning. Nobody there to take accountability in the morning. Bad service with bad attitude. Rooms were very average.
