It was a pleasant stay. Be aware that if you need to call them prior to checking in, you probably won’t be able to speak to anyone. If your planning on parking a car, they will charge your per day for parking. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, plenty of light for getting ready. The breakfast was great.

Checking was done quickly, staff give us a brief explanation but very clear of the hotel services and amenities, breakfast was ok with some choices, coffee good, very clean the breakfast area and staff paying attention to the availability of food.

Staff was good and the property is in a convenient area close to all the Disney Parks. The place is clean and the rooms are pretty nice. The only thing I was disappointed in was that I didn’t get the king size bed that I reserved. Even a queen would have been acceptable but we ended up with two doubles. They’re just too small for us.

I originally picked this hotel d/t the central location of disney/universal. The main reason why this didn’t get a 4 or 5 was because of the shuttle service they partner with for the parks. They showed up every morning >30mins late and you end up not getting to the parks until an hour after it opens. They were also rude to people with strollers/wagons saying they have to have it packed up and they need to sit at the back of the bus. When it was time for pick up in the evening (745pm) one day they left early at 743 and didn’t even wait a full 2 minutes. The hotel is decent, clean, solid continental breakfast, staff is kind but if you don’t have a rental car and depend on the shuttle, you can go somewhere else with the same solid hotel settings and get to the parks much easier. The shuttle service starting and ending the day on a sour note is not the way to go.

PARKING FEE IS 30$ PER NIGHT. That’s why I will NOT go this hotel again. And deposit is 100$. What? SERIOUSLY? I think they determine to steal my money. But room was quite clean, free breakfast was not bad. Finally I have one more question, why housekeeper didn’t clean my room? I didn’t hang 'I’m not ready' sign on the door…

Second year staying here for our Disney Vacay and it’s awesome. Very close to magic kingdom without all the craziness going around the area of traffic etc, awesome dinning options around the area without hitting the horrible traffic, breakfast was delicious and clean the two days I was there. Would definitely be back next time.
