Overall the stay was pleasant. There was some worry based on many reviews saying that the hotel was under extensive remodeling. Insinuating that the stay was loud, dusty and smelly. We, unfortunately, came at a time were the pool and hot tub were not a hotel priority. Understanding that January in Florida is winter. There was also a cold front passing through, justbour luck. The hot tub and pool were dirty. The bar doesn't open when the pool isn't crowded so that was unfortunate. It would've been nice to at least have room service to accommodate the lack of options for food and drink on the property. As I stated. Overall the stay was pleasant. The room was clean and spacious for our family of 5.

The hotel was nice. We reserved a two-bedroom and two-bathroom suite, and the rooms and the bathrooms were clean and pleasant. The check-in was pleasant, and before the check-in time, thanks to the lovely receptionist who allowed us to check in before the established time. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name. In the hotel, everyone was nice and friendly and always willing to help. The only issue was the breakfast. It was a very poor selection; just a few fruits that were gone before you could get to them. We usually were some of the first to arrive at breakfast, but there was such a small amount of fruit available that we could never get any onto our plates. Parking is expensive at this property, $26 per night, and the parking is not secure.

Good well kept rooms , except a few appliances not working. Staff was great . Shuttles to universal , Disney were very convenient . You have to use Uber/ Lyft to move around. We loved staying here .

The hotel is going under a large amount of upgrades and the staff is doing their best to accommodate and fix any issues. Just wasn't a good time to stay at this hotel. Once the renos are done i am sure it will be much better.

The staff was great. Mel checked me in and helped me with all of my questions/ ask for help. One of the bathrooms in the room wasn't flushing properly but Santiago came up every time and eventually fixed the issue for good. He was very courteous & pleasant. Kamila & Rafaela were very welcoming & sweet. Checkout went super smooth and all. The one that checked me out offered me points for the toilet trouble. Even with construction going on and the toilet issue it was a pleasant stay. Me and my family enjoyed it. Is definitely stay again.

Esta en remodelación, sucio, la habitación olía a animal muerto, no tienen personal, l limpieza es malísima y no te atienden, pedí aspiradora 3 veces y nunca llegaron, esta la persona de recepción y no hay más personal que te ayude con maletas ni ningún otro requerikiento. Solo funcionaba 1 elevador h estaba en área de remodelación, viejo y el área sucia, daba incluso un poco de miedo

The service at the front desk was poor. There was supposed to be transportation to Epcot. The van did not show up. The front desk person did not offer to help. The breakfast was not adequate..... poor insulation in the room.could hear the traffic noise.

Our GPS said "We arrived at our destination". But it took 30 minutes to find hotel (by accident). It was dark and all signs were OFF. Hidden fee of $27 for parking, Not disclosed on Expedia's Total cost page. Parking QR code system didn't work even with staff's help. But the app/hotel threatened an $80 DMV fine if not paid. We think we eventually were able to pay through the app but cannot get a receipt to prove it. The breakfest buffet was terrible. we arrived an hour before it closed. Juices and coffee were empty and not refilled. Fruit flavored yogurt wasn't refilled. Eggs were cold. We've had way better breakfasts at hotels that cost half as much. Bathtub leaked continuasly. Could not shut off. Had to place a towel under faucet so we could sleep Room was clean. Morning desk was very helpful, Concierge was good. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
