It's a beautiful property. Great amenities and very clean. The truly heated pools are wonderful! I came here about 17 years ago, and it's just as nice now! Nice venue for businesses and a great atmosphere to relax and wind down. I will definitely come again. Downside... *The hotel cleaning staff sits their cleaning cart next to one person's room (ours this time). It never moves and they constantly talk. So forget about sleeping late. *The cooks for the pool grill need to know that well-done does not mean burnt. It means no raw or undercooked meat. We had one great burger one day, ordered another the next, and it was burnt. Tasted like charcoal. *Self parking fee is a bit steep..$35 per night??

The only down side of this property is the expensive parking. I understand 10-20$ a night but 32$ a night for self parking is a bit absurd.

Everything from the check in, process to adding a day and connecting the resv together to be able to same room, to the checkout was AMAZING! Room was beautiful and with a specular view! Housekeeping staff were wonderful!
