The staff were fantastic! The room has a great view of the water and it was gorgeous. The main reason why its not 5 stars is the Tv didn’t work properly, the fan would randomly turn on and off throughout the night, but also the 9 oclock phone calls about “free gifts” also was a big factor of why im not giving it 5 stars. This all being said I would stay again!

The property is pretty dated and no ovens in the rooms for cooking, just a very small 2 burner stovetop that did not work very well. There was very strong smell of urine in my room. It was disgusting, I was hardly in my room and when I had the AC on it filtered it out a bit but when there was no AC on, it was very stong. I just toughed it out for 5 nights because I didn’t have time to wait in a line for an hour to talk with someone about it and when I called cleaning, they said they only clean once per week and I hadn’t been there for a week. They said they would come check it out, but never did so I gave up. If you are wanting to go to the Orange County Convention Center, do not stay here. It took 15-20 mins to drive to it because there are very little underpasses availablle. Anyway, I will not stay here again when I come back. The waterpark is very small and way over priced for what you get, ask for free passes to it.

Parking is awful , they should have one assigned parking per villa . Resort is very big and they need more shuttles around to pick you up .

We really loved the resort! I regret not enjoying a lot of the amenities but they have a lot to offer. It is also very close to Universal which was nice. We were welcomed by one of their bellmen Chazz who made sure to let us know every little detail of the resort! He was great and we had a very pleasant stay!

Not near enough parking for the amount of building and units there are. Very Very noisy place. you can hear almost everything around you. The unit it self was nice, and met our needs. Not very pet friendly, not much grass to walk your pets. Most of the time you have to walk on the same area cars drive, because there is not very many side walks. 1 Tennis court for the whole place. For our event it was convenient for the location. We will NOT be booking here again. Thank you

The property is beautiful. The room is quiet and staff was great for quick check in and helpful about dinning and activity. Only con was house keeping never cleaned room next day and didn’t make the bed or refill coffee packets.

There was no hot water in the shower the whole time. I didn't say anything because they texted us the first night saying they were fixing something with the water overnight but it didn't work. The tub and sinks had water but not the shower. It also sounded like there was water running in the bathroom wall behind the toilet.
