"Overall a great place to stay, would do so again, but I'll include some of the nitty gritty to be totally honest. First of all we booked it partly because it has a shuttle to universal and has two bathrooms for our group of 6. But the shuttle has only one leave time 9:30am and one return time 6:30pm which didn't work for us. We had a suite, the marble throughout was really nice. The main bathroom had a toilet/shower area separated by a door to the sinks so it was easier for multiple people to get ready.The beds were comfy, it had laundry in the room, the kitchen had almost everything you could need but the knives were truly terrible-dangerously dull- and there was no baking sheet which would have been helpful as well as a couple of larger serving bowls. There were sugar ants the morning after so be careful if ANYTHING is left out. We were up on the 7th floor. They don't do housekeeping for a suite but it took me a few days to realize there was a broom in the room. Better knives and no ants would have made this place impeccable."
