"Even though we showed the weekend that Hurricane Helene came through. The property was beautiful. I contacted the owner and she very prompt in answering my questions. Even though we were without power for a day and half (because of the storm). It was just so beautiful at this property. I have annual conference at the Dillard House and I have stayed in a 5 different cabins during these conferences this was by far the best!"

"The access to the property was actually excellent given its mountainous area. The house was clean, well decorated and roomy! Sounds of the rushing water was deeply relaxing. It's an older house with unique features. Access to Franklin and Clayton was easy. Overall, a delightful place to escape city life."

"This is definitely a diamond in the rough. The river is just steps away from the cabin. At night many deer come out, raccoons, and turkeys. My dog loved watching all of them. The home owners are pet lovers and they raise and take care of horses and cats. They go far and beyond to make sure you feel at home. We will definitely go back again. Plus the homeowners leave treats for your pup."
