"Check-in was fast. Note that they use the traditional key system so there is only one key for the room and you have to lock the room before you go out for your day. One will need to accept the 70's motif, but that doesn't neccesarily imply everything is shabby: they keep the carpets / walls really clean. ...makes you wonder how do they source any materials for wear and tear replacements."

"If you are just staying for a short time and don't plan on spending time in the room, it offers the best value. The rooms are very tiny, like apartments in Hongkong, but has everything. It's like visiting a concept room in IKEA. The location cannot be beat. Close to shopping, restaurants, the rivers, and night clubs. Great place for car and people watching. :)"

"Great location near to Stadion Letzigrund where we watched one of the Euro 2025 football matches. After flight delays / rerouting, plus the arrival day being my birthday, we arrived after a long journey to be greeted by a very friendly reception chap, who gave us a free drink in the bar and breakfast voucher. Most welcome - thank you. Room was clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioning was great as it was very hot weather. "

The hotel was very clean and the family room was very comfortable offering two single beds for our two children (aged 16 and 11). Breakfast was delicious which we enjoyed in the summer terrace. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and polite with great recommendations for restaurants."

"First and foremost the Staff was very attentive to our needs whether we needed extra pillows, extra blankets, any info or recommendation on sight seeing or restaurants to eat at the staff was great. It was my wife and two 21 year old daughters staying at the Novatel for 5 nights for holiday from the States. . Rooms very clean. Hotel located in a good location. Not very touristy (which we like) but walkable to train station (about 20 minutes). Lots of restaurants to choose from on the walk toward train station. Grocery store across the street 2minute walk. "
