"First, I do not recommend the partial ocean view rooms. They overlook the busy, noisy street and ours overlooked the dumpster. Ocean view was very minimal. We were unable to use the Beach 360 club on a few of the days because the hotel was catering to the cruise line passengers. Everything was very expensive. I received an email several days prior to leaving offering an upgrade. Upon arrival, the staff had no indication of this and stated there were no upgrades. I asked again the next morning...

"When a tour is booked there should always be a room number or a number provided for communication. There is no service between 8pm to 8am so there should not be anything booked between those times if there is no one to reach out to you in your room in case of miscommunication. "

"We enjoyed everything this resort had to offer. Absolutely recommend this place for anyone who wantes to relax and have fun during their vacation. We loved the big suite, the good food and drinks at both restaurants, the pool, the gym, the shop and the best part was the amazing private beach. The one thing that could have been better is the price. It is a bit pricey."

The pool is wonderful and so are the work out facilities and pickleball courts. Of course the best part is the wonderful beach. Softest sand and flat enough to walk for miles each day.
