Safe tourist area! Friendly staff

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Hotel is beautiful. Restaurant was gorgeous with generous free breakfast (eggs, beans, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, pastries, coffee, and juices). Location is superb- gorgeous views of the Metropolitan Cathedral and Zocalo. Also steps away from the Zocalo Metro station. Other nice amenities include a lobby cafe with free refreshments and complimentary water bottles. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel for your visit to Mexico City.

A very nice hotel with an amazing staff. The room lock was a bit janky and the place can be a bit loud, but not too bad. The breakfast was amazing every morning.

This was our first time in Mexico City (we usually go to Cancun or Puerto Valletta) but we decided to do a long weekend without the kiddos and check it out. The manager Gabriela was attentive, kind, and so helpful. Dani made the best coffee and was also kind and attentive. The rooms were lovely and the hotel is walkable to so much! The only downside was that the pool (which is heated) had to be maintenanced so we didn’t get a chance to use it, but the roof top terrace was lovely. It was a perfect location and wonderful experience all around. We would definitely stay at Vuestro again!
