Superb hotel. Easy access by boat. Quiet but right next to the piazza. Acqua di Parma in the room. Opulent and truly classy.

One of the worst values at any hotel ever. Charged $2,000 per night and the cleaning staff didn’t leave toilet paper when cleaning the room on 2 of 3 nights. The breakfast is pedestrian in food offering and quality and the table service was horrendous. Chef doesn’t know how to properly cook eggs.
