The property is in a good location and appears to be clean. The bed is comfortable snd the staff are great. The property has a roach infestation. I saw over 10 roaches coming from the refrigerator and they were crawling on the walls where the bed was. They were everywhere and I just didn't feel comfortable sleeping there. I had a 4 day stay. I stayed 1 night. They said they refunded me on Expedia, but I haven't the refund yet. I also have video and photos. I reported it to the manager, but he showed no interest or concern in fixing the roach problem. I won't ever stay there again.

This is a great place to stay-very close to everything you would want to do. Steve is your host w the most. He’s a native to PS n is on the property 24/7-is a wealth of knowledge for things to do, places to eat n see. Highly recommend!

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The sheets were filthy. Hairs on all of the bedding. Splashed mystery liquid on the walls. The bath towels were barely big enough to cover my size 2 body. There was no hair dryer. I’m fine with simple, bare bones hotels but this was absolutely disgusting. I considered checking out and eating the cost to pay for a room somewhere else even for just the one night I was in town. This is a super sketchy, filthy place. Do NOT stay here.

The man who checked us in was lovely and there is a really nice view of the surrounding mountains. That’s where the positives end. Avoid this place at all costs! It is a filthy roach motel. The second we walked in there we saw cockroaches running around and oh my god the smell! I can’t even properly describe it as anything other than an overwhelming combination of mould, super concentrated cheap deodoriser and chemicals. Floors were filthy. Bed linen looked clean but I was still scared to sleep there. Towels in the bathroom had lipstick stains on them. The only reason we stayed was that it was really late at night and we had driven 6 hours. I would never stay again and we were out as soon as we could in the morning.
