The customer service was lacking, with the exception of a couple of employees. We stayed in executive suite and the doors were so thin you could hear everything. Coffee pot wasn’t working. The 2nd bed wasn’t made and when I called to have sheets and a blanket sent up it took 4 hrs. Also, never once were the room phones working to connect to front desk or housekeeping. I constantly got a busy signal. I finally had to use my cell to call to the front desk to get someone to answer. We were so disappointed and will never stay here again.

As always Hyatt Palm Springs provided us with a comfortable and quiet stay conveniently located downtown. The room was spacious with great view of the nearby gol course overlooked by mountains. Two small negatives - toilet tank needed some attention as it kept filling up and the in room safe lock was not functioning properly. These were reported. These minor inconveniences did not take away from the overall comfort of our stay.

This was the perfect location with restaurants, shopping and recreational activities within walking distance. I would most likely stay here again. The only feedback was the water pressure for the toilet in our room was not strong and was a major inconvenience. Most often, opted to use the lobby washrooms.

Great walkable area. A variety of restaurants close by. Tons of people watching and cute shops. The property itself was a bit dated and in need of some new finishes, but the room was large and the pool area was delightful.
