"While the daytime front desk manager provided 5 star service, when the night time manager started it was amateur hour. The doorman also never opened the door for me. Surprising for a hotel of this caliber. Otherwise the property itseld was a gem. The room felt so comfortable, as if we were at home in our apartment. The bathroom was especially nice with marble tile. Also, not related to my review but there is a coffee machine in a common area that is for employees only. It seems a little odd. "

"Bedding, rooms first class. Staff not as attentive during breakfast. Lots of staff around... just our particular waitress was a bit missing. Never got a 2nd cup of coffee, nor offered a cup. I found myself looking around for her.. then just gave up. At time of payment... it seemed to lag, there were other conversations with her and the staff that seemed to prolonge her assertiveness to the task. There were only 2 or 3 tables in the whole restaurant.. so it was not that you guys were...
