"Bedding, rooms first class. Staff not as attentive during breakfast. Lots of staff around... just our particular waitress was a bit missing. Never got a 2nd cup of coffee, nor offered a cup. I found myself looking around for her.. then just gave up. At time of payment... it seemed to lag, there were other conversations with her and the staff that seemed to prolonge her assertiveness to the task. There were only 2 or 3 tables in the whole restaurant.. so it was not that you guys were busy. "

"We came up to Palo Alto to celebrate my wife's birthday, hook up with friends and clients, and take in the last Stanford Football home game of the season. Great dinner on Friday night at Sundance Steakhouse. Stanford Cardinal came from 14 points down i. The 4th quarter to win on a walk-off field goal to end the game. Saturday night was dinner at Giorgio's in Los Altos in honor of our late friend. The Crowne Plaza was perfect for getting to and from these activities and had all the necessary amenities, including a decent buffet breakfast and a bar for a nightcap. Looking forward to returning when it's warmer."

"Great for a stay over for people having procedure on spouse or loved one. Variety of restaurants nearby. My husband love Chinese food. Went to Da Sichuan Bistro, great for take out."
