"Allot of noise at night if using the rooms to the rear elevation/courtyard. If so you will need earplugs. Staff are amazing, super polite and professional. Ground floor entrance area is immaculate and the breakfast was ample. Free coffees from the machine in reception!"

"Stayed here for one night to be close to the station. Hotel was clean and conveniently located, rooms were fine. Kevin at reception was super helpful and provided some great advice for the area. But We had an early train and the area didn’t feel the safest walking around."

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable but even though the staff and the room were excellent, the price for the room was too much and on top of that you had to pay for parking which was not very secure and in a sketchy area. The surrounding area and location is noisy and the rail station is directly across the street. I would not stay there again"

"The hotel was lovely and in a great location within short walking distance of the train station and other transport links. the shops, restaurants and the lake. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was the toilet because it did not have a sink and we found it inconvenient having to use the bathroom to wash our hands especially in the middle of the night but I think that it is quite common for toilets in Switzerland not to have a sink. However, I would recommend that the hotel leave some hand gel in the toilet. Also the gym was smaller than it looked in the picture e.g. 1 cross trainer and 2 treadmills 2 bikes and a few weights. However, the spa was lovely. "
