"2 of party were disabled. We asked for ground floor rooms. This was confirmed by email that we had them. On arrival we were put on first floor no lift causing great pain to the 2 of us. Ruined our little break "

"It ok, however: The air con did not work and felt hot they said it would be fixed but was not had to sleep With an open window on the grownd for the second night! There was no hand dope by the sink. When I asked to please book me a taxi as my phone would not work it was only after begging as I had a train to catch a taxi was called! Therefore two bad nights and a stressful Morning"

"Convenient location, friendly staff. Lots to do in the area. Breakfast wasn’t great for the money but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. "

"Check in wasn't great - took 3 room changes to get the book ed twin room instead of a double. Restaurant was very good - good food with quick service. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Sadly our stay was spoiled by another hotel guest shouting and singing at 2am for about an hour. Eventually someone came to deal with it but our night's sleep was ruined. Also there were smokers in the non-smoking rooms which we could smell. "

"Mixed review. We stayed on a Sunday evening. Be prepared to not be able to get anything food & drink wise at the hotel past 3pm. Staff were helpful in finding us restaurants nearby that would be open for dinner but without a car options were very very limited. Had a misunderstanding on checkout which whilst was an accident on their side I felt very awkward and uncomfortable about so service then was quite poor. Room was very clean. Lake view lovely. Breakfast was included and was good. Lots...

"Stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop when travelling to Italy. Panicked when I saw check in closed at 9pm but as long as you have paid upfront you can check in on a computer there and are given a PIN code for your room. Room is what you expect, simple but clean. "

"The hotel is quite isolated and there are no dining options around. It is advertised as having air conditioning, but I would not rely on that. Luckily it cooled down at night. Comparing to other hotels in the area, it was overpriced for what it offers."
