They don't speak a word of English, the drive to pick up the keys is 25 minutes, When we reported that there was water leaking on the floor, the washing machine not even plumbed I , and the pillowcases FAR too small for the pillows provided, we received no response to our three emails , even though we emailed within their specified 48 hr time frame. "Right next to the chairlift and site office, with a large variety of restaurants and ski rental shops within the building complex. The room was just sufficient for us (2 adults and 2 kids) - the room on the top floor was nice with a separate bed in the attic. Reasonably quiet, as we asked, but rather noisy from 8pm until midnight. Staff could be more friendly (though they were efficient). Ask for parking arrangements in advance... "

"Terrible arrival, wrong address on paperwork supplied, had to walk across town, hunt down telephone number for the office which was closed during opening hours. Finally received keys, room had no double bed, lack of kettle and toaster, cupboard doors hanging off, cracked tiles, mould in bathroom. No good for couples, double bed advertised and no double bed in any of the three rooms we booked. Probably ok for large groups of young people looking for cheap accommodation but families and couples...

"Absolutely terrible service. Despite having a booking and contacting via email in advance to advise of arrival, no response and no Reception upon arrival. Phone number given is in another country but is also not answered. Left walking around the streets of foreign country for several hours trying to ask locals for assistance. Would never have expected this service and would not like it to happen to anyone else! "
