We were greeted by Nigel, who was extremely friendly and offered to check us in early, which was a pleasant surprise. Nigel was also full of great recommendations for wineries, restaurants and things to do and see in town. "Big rooms and nice furniture. However, the mattress was worn out and didn't have a good cover. The maids are pretty loud starting at 8am if you're room is near the lobby. The location is convenient, walkable to many stores and restaurants. We were not expecting so many homeless though. "
