"I like the location but the rooms are very dated and not well kept. Maid service is only once every 3 days so that is problematic. Also a bit overpriced for a property that needs updates. Not enough electrical outlets and internet unreliable."

"I really hate to give a negative review, but this hotel was bordering on unsanitary. We are easy going travellers, most things don't bother us. However, we arrived to a room that stunk of sewage, had brown marks all over the towels and a huge patch of dried blood on the sheets. The staff was quick to respond which we really appreciated, but knowing a room had been prepared for us at that standard was a little daunting. We left 3 hours earlier than we were supposed to."

"Great, friendly staff who were so helpful, we had a pool access room with balcony and our own sun beds which was great, very clean room which was serviced daily and always smelt so fresh! Loved the brekkie buffet, contained something for everyone, great variety of foods, including both noodle and egg stations, and coffee machines, yum! Back off the street, very little noise, numerous eating, massage and entertainment options in the area. Would definitely stay at Andikara again! "
