"This hotel exceeded all my expectations. My room was sizable and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen definitely came in handy and the staff were super attentive. Communication with the staff was via WhatsApp and they were super responsive. Best of all, the hotel is located to multiple train and bus stations, so it was super easy for me to get to whatever I wanted to go in London. I definitely plan to book this hotel whenever I’m in London"

"Hotel was lovely, in a convenient area, close to Paddington train station and 3 different underground lines. Rooms had everything one would need, bed was very comfortable with quality linens. Staff was friendly, polite and helpful. We would definitely stay again. My only suggestion would be to improve the lighting in the bathroom."
