Enjoy luxurious holidays in this 2019 built villa with 80m² roof terrace where you can enjoy the sunset in the private pool!
The house offers 2 large double bedrooms 2 bathrooms with shower and a nice kitchen with dining area and high quality equipment: coffee machine, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer. Relax in the cozy living room with large sofa and TV.
Outside there is a nice dining area in the garden, which surrounds the house on 3 sides. A spiral staircase leads to the roof of the house, where the private pool and beautiful lounge furniture are waiting for you, as well as sun loungers and another dining area for 4 people. Here you can relax and enjoy the holiday on Lake Garda to the fullest!
All rooms are air-conditioned and the equipment of the house is high quality.
The house is located in an elegant new neighborhood in Dolci, a small part of Peschiera del Garda on southern Lake Garda. The center of Peschiera del Garda is just 2 km away and can also be reached in a few minutes by public transport. In Dolci itself there is a baker and a butcher as well as bars and a few restaurants. Cyclists appreciate the connection to the Lake Garda bike paths, families close to the amusement parks such as Gardaland or Movieworld, which are only 5 km away. The train station of Pescheria is reached in 11 minutes by bus (3km), from there you can also reach hotspots like Venice or Milan and Verona very easily by train.

Villetta in zona residenziale tranquilla dotata di tutti i comfort. Piscina e angolo relax sul tetto molto bello. Maggiore cura nella pulizia e migliorare le informazioni per lo smaltimento rifiuti.

Schöne Lage, schlechte Unterstützung vor Ort

Peschiera ist optimal für einen Urlaub am Gardasee und das Appartement liegt ganz in der Nähe des Ortes. Es ist modern eingerichtet, allerdings waren bei unserem Aufenthalt die Klodeckel abgefallen und an einer Lampe lagen die Kabel blank.

Zeer goed! Enkel te voet bijna onmogelijk om tot dorp te geraken wegens geen voetpad.

Ein Traum!

Wir haben zu viert für 7 Tage in dieser wirklich tollen Unterkunft gewohnt und es war alles genauso wie auf den Bildern! Unsere Tochter 1,5 Jahre alt war auch mit dabei und sie hat die Dachterrasse und den Pool noch mehr geliebt wie wir! Einziges Manko waren tatsächlich die Jalousien in den Schlafzimmer sie waren sehr hell und das hat wirklich gestört beim ausschlafen da auf dieser Seite auch die Sonne aufgeht, bei Fragen konnten wir allerdings ganz einfach mit jemanden von der agentur über WhatsApp Schreiben und sogar ein früherer Check in war möglich. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegten hatten wir uns etwas anders vorgestellt aber alles trotzdem sehr einfach mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar! Wir kommen in ein paar Jahren bestimmt nochmal wieder und sind gespannt ob sich unsere Tochter noch an etwas erinnern kann!

Tolle Unterkunft - toller Urlaub

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die Dachterrasse mit Pool ist ein Traum. Die Chill-Out-Area am Pool ist überdacht und kann auch bei schlechtem Wetter genutzt werden :-) Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch im Wohnbereich lässt es sich gut aushalten. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem ruhigen, schönen Wohngebiet, allerdings auch in der Nähe einer Hauptverkehrsstraße - nicht schlimm, sollte man aber wissen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Gardasee sind schnell zu erreichen. Check-in war einfach und unkompliziert. Klare Weiterempfehlung

Top Ferienhaus

Wir haben die Urlaubszeit sehr genossen. Das einzig negative war, dass der Ortskern zu Fuß nicht wirklich gut zu erreichen war (Großbaustelle ‚Autobahn‘ und keinerlei Fußweg durch den Baustellenbereich). Deshalb haben wir immer das Auto genutzt. Kostenlose Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Wichtig: Dies kann man aber nicht dem Vermieter ‚ankreiden‘!!!!!!!

Schönes Objekt, gute Lage, benötigt etwas Zuwendung

Das schöne Objekt in guter Lage benötigt an manchen Stellen ein bisschen Zuwendung. Am Pool, im Garten und in der Küche gibt es Ecken, die renoviert oder besser gesäubert werden müssten. Die Ausstattung ist allgemein sehr modern. Die Kaffeemaschine ist nicht voll funktionsfähig. Vom Haus aus erreicht man schnell alles, was man braucht. Das Objekt ist kindgerecht.
