Best cabin we’ve ever stayed in!
We have stayed at several cabins over the years but this one is our favorite and our new go-to going forward. It is perfectly secluded and very scenic! There are lots of fun trails and woods to explore and the cabin itself was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to messages and friendly to work with. We were very happy with our stay!

Super cabin! Very enjoyable weekend getaway with nearby hiking, beautiful scenery. Quiet and secluded. We enjoyed meals on the wraparound porch and built a cozy fire in the fireplace. The shower was wonderful with lots of pressure. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Cabin
This was probably the cleanest cabin we've stayed in. It was off the beaten path, but still close enough for us to head into town to grab some food. We really liked that we were able to bring our dog and let her walk around and sniff while we drank our morning coffee. The little coffee/hot cocoa station was a life saver for us! Our only gripe was that we're weren't any window coverings outside of the bedroom. It didn't bother us during the day, but when it's dark out and you can't see out, but anyone could see in, we weren't super comfortable with that. The property is pretty secluded, but there are neighboring houses right down the road. It's just a comfort thing. Other than that the cabin was beautiful and really well taken care of.

Nice, isolated cabin with wraparound porch. All amenities, including ice maker, charcoal grill, and good AC. Beautiful area with a hiking trail to an overlook. Very peaceful and quiet. Close to Chief Ladiga hiking/biking “rail to trail”. Saw several deer.

Bike trip.
This property worked very well for our long weekend riding the Chief Ladiga and Silver Comet bike trails. We found the place to be as described on the site. The only suggestion for future users would be to pay close attention to the driving directions when approaching the driveway to the property. Great place and we will go back.

Perfect location
We were biking the Chief Ladiga Bike Trail over a three day period. This cabin is located approximately 1/3 mile off the trail at mile marker 9 (9 miles from the AL/GA border) and about 4 trail miles from Piedmont AL. The CLT is approximately 33 miles in length in Alabama and connects with the Silver Comet Trail in Georgia for another 60 miles.

Lot of land around cabin - much privacy. Good access to Chief Ladoga bike trail - can take short walk or bike ride to get right on trail. Not a lot of restaurants in the area, so nice to have a kitchen.

Solitude Awaits
This was our second time staying at the cabin. We had a very relaxing time, and were able to easily get to the nearby bike trail for multiple rides through the forest. Great bike trail to spend some time on. The cabin, like our previous stay, was very clean and organized, and was great to spend some quiet time outside on the vast deck or sitting by a relaxing fire in the living room. We can't wait to book our next trip to the cabin this coming Fall.

Cabin feels remote
The cabin was great and the host was super responsive and helpful. The upstairs loft is not full height, so best for kids. The bedroom downstairs was very comfortable. It was cold when we were there, but the huge deck was inviting with covered sections for rain and shade. Coming from the Chief Ladiga trail, the cabin is easily accessible right at mile marker 9 with the gate visible just off the trail. Downtown Piedmont is an easy bike ride about 5 miles down the trail.
